Valentino Maganga Daudi

Valentino Maganga Daudi is a registered Advocate of High Court in Tanzania. He
holds LL.B (Hons) and LL.M both from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He is
a member of Institute of Directors of Tanzania (IoDT) also a certified Director and
Boar Secretary by IoDT. His areas of expertise are Social security and Labour; he
has vast experience of over ten years in these areas. He is also trained f by
International Labour Organizations and World Bank in different occasions on the
areas of expertise. He is an alumnus of International Development Law Organization
(IDLO).

He has also presented several legal papers that extensively discuss burning issues
in legal profession. Also, he is a member of SADC social security experts who
drafted the current Portability of Social Security Benefits Framework for SADC
countries. He is also liaised with ILO in the ILO evaluation project on the Extending
Access to Social Protection and Portability of Benefits to Migrant Workers and their
Families in selected RECs in Africa.

Currently, he is working as Principal Legal Counsel in the Public Service Social
Security Fund of Tanzania.
